About the house:

The entrance is behind the house on the ground floor. On the right are the stairs leading to the garden level. On the left is the first bathroom. The entrance hall opens onto the main rooms. It is an open concept including the living room, dining room and kitchen. The emphasis is on the view which is splendid. There is one bedroom on this level. The terrace is accessed through a patio door located in the dining room. The terrace has a relaxation area with a hammock-style hanging net.

On the garden level, there is a family room, two large bedrooms, an additional bathroom and a laundry room. The exterior can be accessed through another patio door located in the family room.

Outside, it is a large wooded area located on high ground. Privacy assured. You will find a corner set up for making fires.

About the neighborhood:

Peaceful area surrounded by nature. The house is based in a cul-de-sac. Almost non-existent traffic. Quick and easy access to Route 343.
